Shipping Policy

1. We’ll ship anywhere in the Philippines and pretty much around the world.

2. Shipping method is door to door.

3.Various shipping options are available for your convenience:

  • Business Expedite Shipping

Same Day or 1-2 Days Business Class Shipping

  • Standard (for Cities within Metro Manila)

Next Day Deliver

Up to 2-3 days during peak season

  • Provincial (for cities outside Metro Manila)

2-3 days during off-peak months

Up to 5 days during peak season

4. Shipping Rates will be computed based on the combined size of shopping cart.

5.Once shopping has been confirmed, Mia Maison through Xend will generate a tracking code so you can track your parcel from processing to delivery at tracker.xend.com.ph .

Change Policy

Should at any point within the item transaction the customer wished to change pertinent shipping details, he/she may contact us by sending an email to (email address). Address the email to (name or department) and provide the following details:

  1.  Purchase Order Confirmation number
  2.  Full name and contact number for proper verification
  3.  Detailed information to change
